Tunnel in the Middle East
During the 2012. for a project Tunnel in the Middle East we produced 152 fields of electrical cabinets width 800 to 1600 mm and depth 600mm. It is the participation in the construction of two tunnel tubes of up to 24 meters and which together have a length of about 10 kilometers, which is necessary to ventilate through the lateral and vertical ventilation, using 89 jet fans with 37kW of power at 400V and 8 axial fan with 450kW of power at 690V.
Cabinets are equipped with ATV61 frequency inverters for axial fans and ATS48 devices for soft start of jet fans.
Management of ventilation system was performed from a PLCs Series M340 which oversees the complete operation of the fans, devices for soft-start, frequency controllers, switchgear and state of ventilation in the tunnel.
After mounting, wiring, parameter setting of frequency controllers and soft start devices, testing and attesting, which ran within a given period of 3 months, each field is properly packed and loaded on 5 trucks that were dispatched to the Middle East.
